For any model-related question, we invite you to preferably post your question in the HAMMOZ forum: https://redmine.hammoz.ethz.ch/projects/hammoz/boards under the appropriate category. Please note, that this requires a full-feathered redmine account. A note on how to obtain this can be found here.
Your request will be forwarded to an expert from our HAMMOZ community who will respond as soon as practicable. This will progressively constitute a support knowledge base that will be helpful to everybody. Therefore, we also strongly encourage you to contribute to the forum discussions and answer or comment questions whenever relevant.
