Input directory organization¶

General input file organization¶

Each distribution of input data is based on the following directory organization:

• A main directory called vXXXX/ which refers to the version of the input data

• Each main directory contains subdirectories, e.g. echam6/, emission_inventories/, hammoz/.

• The subdirectory emission_inventories/ contains one subdirectory per inventory.

The full list of input data files, their versions and references is detailed here.

1. it allows the user to immediately know the origin of each emission file;
2. in future, it will allow to extend the offer in terms of supported inventories, and to let the user build his/her own custom set.
